I personally love my eye pillow for daytime naps! The eye pillow blocks out all the light 💡and helps me unwind. Just enough gentle pressure and relaxing scents I use whenever I sleep.
If your eye pillows scent is fading a bit you can gently roll the pillow and crush the herbs. Keep your pillow dry and clean. Replace your eye pillow every 4-6 months. 1. Use at room temperature. 2. Microwave- place pillow in clean towel and microwave 15 seconds. If it's not warm just yet do another 5-10 seconds. Not too hot! 3. Chill in fridge or freezer
