It's always a joy to open a new bar to learn how it is scented and textured by the ingredients that make it unique. My soap orders arrive quickly and are of high quality, with economical, guilt-free packaging. Recently, I ordered the creosote bush soap... although it's the same word, it's not what is used to coat railroad ties! Creosote has a delicate scent that smells like rain. The plant material in the soap creates a gentle exfoliate that gives your skin a little scrub when you use it. Many of the soaps have that same feature and it is quite nice. I find that a bar of home crafted soap makes a lovely, informal gift.
